Apps not downloading on mac






















To sign out of the Mac App store, open the app and go to Store in the menu bar. Select the sign out option. You will have to view your Account information and then match its country to the country the Mac App Store is currently in.

Check if your internet is working and stable. In this case, the download or the update will be slow and give the impression that it is stuck. Try connecting to a different internet connection to see if the download or update starts. Otherwise, turn off your Mac's Wi-Fi and re-enable it. You can also check Speedtest or Fast. You can also reboot the Wi-Fi router or implement some of the Wi-Fi signal troubleshooting tips to boost your router's network signal. You can try emptying the Mac App Store temporary download cache folder and try downloading the app again.

Follow the steps below to empty the Mac App Store download cache folder. I will click "update" it'll gray out and then, after a restart, it says it was updated, but it wasn't. Now, when click update they are now both in the need to be updated and recently updated lists it'll flash "installing" for a second and then go back to having the update button and it will be added to "recently updated" again. After doing this for an update, the notifications would stop and it would just flash the installing bar as mentioned previously.

I clicked the "not now" option on one of the pop-ups and now they don't show up and neither do the restart notifications and it goes straight to the installation bar flash, which svcks because I wanted to try restarting using the notification for update installs instead of the standard way to see if there were any changes. I got Jul 4, PM. I did the exact same thing as above. Disabling and enabling the iCloud Photolibrary in the new Photos app etc.

But the same as above, it again got stuck there. Not downloading the full pictures.
